10 Jan 15 UTC Lol, what?
10 Jan 15 UTC what the hell happened?
10 Jan 15 UTC Where in the HELL did the Archduke go?
10 Jan 15 UTC England, you're a moron! I was helping you ALL FUCKING GAME! But all you could do is attack me. WTF?
10 Jan 15 UTC I suppose he abdicated
10 Jan 15 UTC MichiganMan, Ben...well played to both of you sirs. But we certainly did not deserve any points out of this one
10 Jan 15 UTC England, I'm in no position to complain about others' play, but if you wanted a draw, you should have stopped attacking Germany much earlier.
10 Jan 15 UTC You were a bit slow on the supported holds of France a couple times that set me back, so I figured you were just weakening me deliberately so you could move in for the stab.
10 Jan 15 UTC I definitely did not want a draw, nor did I expect one. I wanted to fall with my supposed betrayer. Near the end, I just thought an Austria win in a GUNBOAT of all things would be nice to see. Finally came around
10 Jan 15 UTC Where did I support hold France? I supported you into Sweden in Autumn 1905 ... while you were trying to take Holland AND Belgium from me ... and while YOU supported Moscow ...
10 Jan 15 UTC Austria wins in gunboat all the time. I actually like them the best since I either do spectacularly well or lose immediately and can go do something else.
10 Jan 15 UTC the only reason I support held France in the EC that one turn was because I didn't want him to suddenly "come to life" and retreat to the North Sea ... In fact, i didn't want ANYONE in the North Sea, which is why I tried to block you from going there as well.
10 Jan 15 UTC You supported his hold in the English channel, halting the advance of my fleets! My attacks came after your stalling of my advance. I think I fairly assumed you were trying to halt my taking of SC's so you could take them yourself.
10 Jan 15 UTC Well, that makes sense then, but in gunboat it looks suspicious. Speaking of suspicious, the real question here is what the deal was with France. Who plays gunboat on and off every other few turns just to screw with the remaining players?
10 Jan 15 UTC Besides Michigan, this was literally my first game of DIP in over 4 years. Surprised I managed to figure out how to execute orders. So gimme a break for not reading your silent cues perfectly.
10 Jan 15 UTC did I ever try to take anything from you? I explained my reasoning on supporting his fleet in the EC to hold ... I didn't want him to come alive and have a fleet in the North Sea... and neither should you
10 Jan 15 UTC Thanks for the game despite, chaps. Good to get back into things with a good old fashioned 3 way draw
10 Jan 15 UTC I do give you a break ... just frustrating when I am TRYING to cooperate and the other isn't getting the messages ... ALL cues are silent in GB, so you have to look closely ... like my support of you into Sweden ... should have made you go, "oh, I see ... he wants to play nice ..." and made you STOP coming after me at that point
10 Jan 15 UTC Well you can explain that NOW, but it's pretty hard to read actions in this game with no in game chat. Plus, being so long away from the game, I reasonably expected a player who'd gone AWOL to stay gone. Chill
10 Jan 15 UTC good game
10 Jan 15 UTC Well, that was the same turn I attacked you again, so it seemed reasonable to assume you wouldnt be cooperating with me after that. Sheesh, it was a fun game and we all lucked out on Austria's disappearance. I only know teenagers to still be angry after a game is over
10 Jan 15 UTC there ya go, thank you! And to you, looking forward to many more comrades
10 Jan 15 UTC I am chill :)
