What sort of Juggernaut is it, in which one party (Russia) has 9 SCs and the other (Turkey) has just 5? I suppose it is natural to want to punish the adversaries who have (nearly) achieved your elimination and to do so by inciting everyone else to gang up on them. But you know (and everybody else will now know) that the reason for the Austria-Turkey conflict was that you agreed that I should take Bulgaria & Greece, but you immediately reneged on the deal. That, rather than any Juggernaut, is why I chose to attack you.
