04 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1915: You're not the only one.
04 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1915: German looks compassionately at England and says, "You fought well..." He squints at the morning sunlight peering in from the window in the east, and his eyes follow the wall down to the power outlet.

"I can't believe it was only a few years ago that we both lived a vibrant, healthy life," Germany thought to himself. "It will all soon be over."

England coughs without satisfaction, his eyes catching Germany's. With distant eyes he nods solemnly, and with just a slight hesitation Germany pulls the plug.
04 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1916: So long and thanks for all the fish...
04 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1916: We will miss the Italian. He was strong till the end but his duplicity did him in, in the end.
04 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1916: The Turk is looking to change his Mediterranean diet to Brie , baguette, and Burgundy.
05 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1916: Hey, if you haven't noticed move preciews are now available.
05 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1916: If you want I can show you you're imenent death.
05 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1916: I haven't noticed. Where do I find that?
05 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1916: Italy, please keep your bedroom talk with your wife private, she would not like it if she knew you were sharing what she tells you
05 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1916: Under the map. There is a new button on the right. You may have to refresh your browser first for it to work correctly.
06 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: And there's the disband! Choke on it! ;)
06 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: Thanks for the game, Italy. I'll be with you soon.
06 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: Yeah, sorry I didn't heed your word sooner. I highly doubt this was ever going to be a 4-way draw, and Germany pulled off some masterful psychology.
06 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: Gg my Italian brother. Btw, it would have been a 4 way had you not been suckered into stabbing me.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: So, if neither of you is going to solo, maybe we can just end this game?
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: Oh, it will end
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: This has been a very fun game and both you and Germany played very well. I see no reason to drag it on for another week just to thin out the draw. It's rather rude, imho. You wouldn't do this if you were playing together with friends.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: I consider you my friend. And there is no guilt in diplomacy.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: Yeah, that's my point. We played a fun game. We all know how it will end. Let's not waste time when no one's really even playing any more. Let's just draw this game and start up a new one.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: Abge I will always play diplomacy with you, if you want me to, but I'm not sure this one ends that way. Also, it's not just my decision.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: If it's not your decision, why do you put in the vote and see what follows.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: I'm looking to maximize the gr and still two way draw.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: If you were looking to maximize GR, you would solo.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: that's why I put that conjunction in my sentence.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: I find it very hard to reconcile caring about GR and throwing away a solo. If you solo in this game, you could very easily end up in the top 5 GR. You expect me to believe you don't want that?
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: *Pokes his head out of his hidden bunker* Dang. I stop paying attention to world politics in this game for a while, and suddenly the entire world has shifted ownership.

I actually feel a new to go back and review this game on a turn by turn basis now in order to understand what happened, and get the whole play by play on this one, because it just seems so different from what I remember the map looking like.

(Also if you guys want to do a new game after you finish up with this one, let me know, and I'd be definitely interested in trying another one with all of you).
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: you are more than welcome, would love to have you
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: I'm pretty sure this isn't going to go a 4 way, or a 3 way. I'd say even the 17 17 split is in jeopardy. Just saying. From my watery grave.
08 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1916: go make some limoncello my italian brother and ill see you on the amalfi coast
08 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1917: Just look at those armies! Wonder where they are heading?
08 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1917: hurry up and ready up so you can see
08 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1917: Hey now, I have important decisions to make.
08 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1917: Tic, tic. ...tic, toc
09 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1917: To hold or not to hold, that is the question.
09 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1917: I really haven't been paying attention tk global at all. Sorry.
09 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1917: If Germany was really your friend he would have convoyed you to Nwy.
09 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1917: gg france
10 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1917: Gg, good luck england
10 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1917: Ready up
10 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1917: :'(
10 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1917: Welcome to this side of things, France. Maybe we can start airing some dirty laundry... :)
10 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1917: Let's have it Italy.
10 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1918: So, we're drawing now, right?
10 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1918: Hehe. Yeah....................NO
10 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1918: I'm moving to SMY via convoy. I know you guys will do the right thing.
10 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1918: Love it.
10 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1918: Thanks for the game, all. It was a blast!
10 Dec 14 UTC GG abge, its always a pleasure to play with you
10 Dec 14 UTC Gg!
10 Dec 14 UTC Ha! Good game all.
