12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Hmm, New York... this is interesting as usually I am in the West on this variant. Regardless, best of luck to everyone.
12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Welcome everyone! I look forward to hearing from all of you!
12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Welcome everyone, to a good game!
18 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: It looks like there's going to be a major showdown off of the East Coast.
31 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: Good game all. :)
19 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2009: Looks like I'm about done for now. Well played Canada. Well played. Good game all.
19 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2009: Ditto from Texas.
19 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2009: At this point, all should vote for a Draw since new York and Texas deserve it, lol.
19 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2009: Mexico, we will keep the door open for you. It'll be party time.
19 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2009: woot i love a good party
20 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2009: Hahaha, I'll just vote draw for the heck of it. Perhaps our benevolent Canadian overlords will take pity on us. XD
20 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2009: And for the record Texas, you had a really good set up. It's just everyone betrayed you at one time and that's almost impossible to counter.
20 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2009: Appreciated
21 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: It doesn't really matter at this point, but why did I go into civil disorder after missing only one turn? I thought it was after 2 turns?
21 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: Maybe there's a glitch in the system and when it sees all your units hold two turns in a row it decides you've left? Even though, on this occasion, you only had one unit?
21 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: That makes sense. I was just curious.
21 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: For the record, I think Texas and New York are both really good players. I hope we can play in another game and maybe end up on the same side next time....
21 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: Thanks for the compliment. For the record, I do rank in the top 25, but honestly, I don't like this variant. Congrats to BC, quebec and Peru on a well played game, but my friend Florida deserves a piece of a Draw. Mexico, take back your land!
21 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: I'd be up for another game some time. I kind of screwed myself over early in this one by not picking a side and running with it regardless of the outcome. Going back in forth tends to compromise a position and once BC joined Quebec it was all over. Though, to his credit, Quebec was quite crafty in his outmaneuvering of my units. Geography may have been in your favor but that still takes skill. Plus I've never played in the Northeast on this variant so I didn't really have a quality game plan for this country.
21 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: I like the way Texas thinks!
21 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: LMAO
22 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: Does me, at least I got to live long enough to see my killers smited.
22 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: Hey, I'm not smited YET! gg Cuba!
23 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: Thanks Florida...good luck.
27 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 2012: I'm so sick of the retreat phase!
28 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 2012: Wow I don't think I've ever seen a nation have to retreat 4 units
28 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2012: It was actually 5!…Deep South, Tennessee, BT, Dominican, Havana
29 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 2012: anyone thinking about a draw perhaps? :)
05 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 2015: As this game winds down, I wonder if anyone fancies playing in a Modern Europe game I've set up?
gameID=146903
05 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 2015: I would, but I'm taking a break from the site once I finish up my current games.
05 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 2015: Once Florida is gone I will put up my draw vote. Furthermore, I will declare war on anyone who does not do the same.
09 Sep 14 UTC And now it's my turn to put up my draw vote. I don't like draws, and I wanted to explore the chance of a solo, but I see it's not going to happen.
This leaves Peru two options: either accept the draw, or we switch roles and you become the aggressor...
09 Sep 14 UTC Well now the cat's out of the bag... You had your chance to try for a solo, so there's no reason I can't try for one now ;)
09 Sep 14 UTC Ehh, if I attack BC then Quebec will just finish him off and solo. GG all
09 Sep 14 UTC Well played Peru, and to BC too - who really deserved to be in the draw. I did want to break our DMZ though... Last bit was fun, but I don't think I could have quite gone all the way. I would have carried on had it been PPSC, that's for sure
09 Sep 14 UTC I would have continued and attacked BC if it was PPSC, which is why PPSC is a load of BS. I'm glad it was WTA.
09 Sep 14 UTC Now that the masks are off I am honored to have been beaten by players of such high stature!
09 Sep 14 UTC Thanks everyone for playing! Great game!
