08 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1901: England salutes you. : )
08 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Salutes to you too!
09 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1901: France salutes both countries.
I hope history does not repeat itself.
Most of the players here are my friends. We wanted to see how this game worked. Basically what I am saying we are all newbs.

10 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: I really have no clue what I am doing >.<
10 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: same here
10 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: You realize this is the open chat, right?
10 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Yes...Yes I do.... :P
23 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: Hello all. As Turkey leaving was in danger of making this game rather unbalanced I thought I'd join in. I see from the chat that many of you are quite new to this, so as I've been here a while now feel free to ask any questions on how things work or what strategies make sense. I will do my best to be as impartial as possible.
23 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: Turkey salutes you!
25 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1904: Throwing a less fun thought out there, if those of us who have shown no signs of life recently don't turn up i think it may be best to cancel the game.
26 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1904: That's disappointing...

Ok, we have two options. Cancel the game or keep it going as a practice exercise. I'm quite happy to do either, so it's down to you :). If you do opt to carry on feel free to ask any questions about the game.
27 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1904: I'd vote cancel
27 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1904: Fair enough. Unless the others come back they will CD fairly soon (I don't recall wether it will be after the disband phase or the one after that) and then it will be up to Italy. Like I say, I'm quite happy either way so no pressure.

I will say that if you haven't both voted to cancel by halfway through the Autumn phase I will withdraw my own vote and play to the end. It could still be entertaining even with the shocking imbalance, but very much your call.
27 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1904: Naturally I will not draw unless forced to do so ;)
28 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Just a reminder. Unless both of you vote to cancel in the next 24 hours I will assume you want to carry on, will withdraw my vote, and we shall play until the end.

Speak properly later!
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Excellent. We play to the end! To paraphrase Shakespeare, "Get some TP for Cornholio's bunghole, and let slip the dogs of war!"
01 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1906: Exciting, isn't it? Makes up for the miserable carcass of a game it was becoming when I first saw it! I genuinely hope you're enjoying it, and as I've said before feel free to ask any questions.
