28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 1994: In my case, as one of the first to finalize, I was almost certain to have a chance to come back and alter my orders before the turn, based on communications. in the opening turn, there are many moves for each player that are generally good strategies that need not necessarily be seen as aggressive to neighbors.
