France: Well done, you managed to come up with a way to block me when I thought it was just a matter of time to get to 34. For that, you get the draw.

Russia: Apologies for forcing you to play on. I did not realize you wanted to CD and had not seen the forum thread until I spoke to the moderators. You did not have to CD though, you could just keep entering holds and pretty soon there wouldn't be any units left to give orders to.
