Spring, 1901: Being a noob, does the game progress when all orders are in, or at a set time every day (assuming orders are in)?
Spring, 1901: I think some countries, even though they have hit the "Save" button", still need to hit the "Ready" button too in order for all the orders to be processed.
Spring, 1901: Yes, they all need to hit "Ready" for the system to update prior to 24 hrs.
Autumn, 1903: Alright, to whom it concerns and or those who are too stupid to notice, there is clearly a juggernaut AND and England France alliance, the central powers are doing their best to hold out. May the better alliance win!
Autumn, 1903: No juggernaut. Turkey declares war on Russia.
Autumn, 1903: Then do it, I will aid you til the end
Autumn, 1905: Is there any way to see a map without all the arrows and stuff on it - just the units?
Autumn, 1905: Not that I know off, but if you click the icon in between the arrows(just between the maps and the orders; it looks like two squares with an arrow) you can see a larger scale version of the map. perhaps that can provide the clarity you're looking for.
Spring, 1907: Good game Austria. Good luck in your next match.
Spring, 1907: Thanks, good luck with the whole juggernaut thing
Spring, 1907: No, no "good luck with juggernaut thingy"! ;) Good game, Austria. |
|
Autumn, 1907: I am going to be catching a plane to another continent tomorrow, so I am requesting a pause if that isn't to much to ask. Thanks everyone
Autumn, 1907: You also need to put in a Pause, Mr. Italy.
Autumn, 1907: How long do you think you'll need?
Autumn, 1907: I have been told that any vote needs to be unanimous; my suggestion is we all have orders ready (at least those of who who need to) but also vote for Pause to honor Italy. If Italy does not get the Pause in, oh well, orders are processed anyway, and no loss to anybody else. |
|
Autumn, 1907: Hopefully only around a day and a half.
Spring, 1908: Okay by me
Spring, 1908: Ok, I have played this game for a couple years now, and this is a first. I had my orders in yesterday, with the "grey check" in place and it erased all my orders. I did not simply have all units "hold".
Spring, 1908: Also, England was the last country to submit orders yesterday, and has not voted Pause. Pretty lame if you ask me.
Spring, 1908: I read in FAQ about that (orders going AWOL) - still have bugs. Make sure to report it. If France is away for only 24-36 hours, a no-Pause shouldn't affect him. He had his orders in okay. Plus England still has time. |
|
Spring, 1908: We're approaching a stalemate. Do you guys want to play trough and draw then or save some time and draw now?
Spring, 1908: And by "now" I mean, once Italy is eliminated.
Autumn, 1908: I'm for a draw when Italy is gone. Plus Russia is being mean to me ;)
Autumn, 1908: I will Draw. Mad at the system at this point.
Autumn, 1908: No England, No Italy, Turkey screwed by system - fast disintegration of game. All for Draw right now?
Autumn, 1908: Voted draw. England, what do you think?
Autumn, 1908: I wonder if England has gone AWOL too?
Spring, 1909: Turkey and I agree that we should draw once italy and england are out of the game to ensure they get no points.
Spring, 1909: So is it "Beat up on France" until then, or do we just divvy up the remains?
Spring, 1909: That's up to you two. I would rather work with you against england
Spring, 1909: Though, once they NMR for two turns or so, they will be counted as resigned and we can draw then.
Spring, 1909: Sounds good to me.
Spring, 1909: I'm going into Berlin, if you can cut support by attacking Silesia that would help.
Spring, 1909: I guess england is back... France: choose your next move wisely.
Spring, 1909: Are we still going for a tie after Italy goes bye-bye?
Spring, 1910: Yes. | |
Autumn, 1910: Thanks for playing around your travel schedule Italy.
Spring, 1912: I need to make a request. I am going out of town very early Monday morning, and I have no idea if I will have internet access or not. Can we therefore put the game on Pause on Sunday? Thanks.
Spring, 1912: I am fine with that, but last time this request was made I don't think England agreed. How long of a pause do you think you need?
Spring, 1912: Unsure - a few days - max
Spring, 1912: I am in the same boat so it sounds good to me. (Once we get to Sunday night)
Spring, 1912: I'm ok with it. Please send a reminder so I don't forget.
Autumn, 1912: Also: England... Please play each phase or leave. You're ruining the game by making it unbalanced and thus unfair.
Autumn, 1912: Actually, if you could all enter "Pause" now, it will not kick in until the last person enters it, which will (hopefully) be me on Sunday night.
Autumn, 1912: Done. | |
England is out. My draw vote is in.
Ditto | |
Nice game guys - thanks | |
