09 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [Brazil]:Well,that escalated quickly.
09 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [Oz]:Yes it did
09 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [USA]:Indeed it did
09 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [Europe]:Quite
09 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [Quebec]:Good game all.
09 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [Argentina]:This is war, why is everyone so nice?
09 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:This is the game of politics, my dear. Everyone is nice. At least, at the start!
10 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: GameMaster: smilecakes was banned: multi/meta. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
10 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [Brazil]:Thats called etiquettes.

18 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Libya]:Why always the multi?
22 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2003: [Pacific-Russia]:New PR gday guys
07 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Quebec]:If Libya CDs, I'm feeling like we should draw or cancel. Asia and Africa are mopping up abandoned SCs while over in N/S America we're fighting to hang onto a measly 5. Happy to play on if that seems fair, but the game has been plagued with multis and drop-outs from the start. See you in 2007.
07 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Brazil]:Feel sorry for NE, but Lybia is strongest power on in Africa, a CD would fuck up the whole balance
07 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [USA]:I would agree Quebecs offer
08 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2007: [Near-East]:This is my best game with NE by a long way and I was winning it before Libya left..... I'm gutted. I'll have a think about it. All I wanna do is play more dip, and I need more points to do that and I haven't got many. But if my reputation is gonna suffer by continuing, I have to think of that too.
08 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2007: [Near-East]:CDs are part of the game, whether we like them or not. Brazil, Argentina and Froz-Ant can all benefit from Libya and Kenya's departure.
08 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2007: [Pacific-Russia]:I cant
08 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2007: [Pacific-Russia]:USA Cant WC Cant Quebec cant China cant
08 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2007: [Near-East]:and theer will be another game where your next door neighbour CD's and you can. I've played on in plenty of games where someone round the other side of the map CD's and their neighbours gain an advantage. In fact, I am Quebec in another game right now, where W Can and USA are active, and China has conquered the whole of asia afetr a couple of CDs.
15 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Pacific-Russia]:Guys - if you see the builds coming from NE you will see that he is building units to neutralise China and myself in PR.

Given he already has DOUBLE his nearest competitor's unit count, I think it is time everyone dogpiled him to restore the balance. If you don't, all of Eurasia will fall and he will simply stampede home.

What you do over the next few turns will determine the outcome.
16 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Near-East]:What I will say to that is, those who choose not to attack me have the chance of survival and a few points, whilst those who attack me will be the ones I concentrate on.
16 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:I couldn't care less about the points, and if my attack doesn't work out then the winner can have mine with my blessing - a full-scale attack on Near-East is the only way to make this into a game again; otherwise, we might as well be playing dice as withdrawals/multis are pure luck, not Diplomacy. All the best to everyone still playing, and I hope we have a chance to play again in a better quality game.
16 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Near-East]:Fair play, Quebec. We all hope for better quality games. I've been on this site a couple of years now and I don't think I've ever played a game on this map where there were no withdrawals or multis uncovered. I hope you all realise that my motivation in going for a solo is to get more points to play more games, pure and simple. I'm not some sort of greedy unsportsmanlike monster. I just love playing.
16 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:Agree on the love playing part, and 'nuff said. Touche!
16 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Pacific-Russia]:In fairness I would probably do what you're doing as well Near East - but I would prefer a match to a procession :P
17 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Near-East]:And it looks like I've got one now :D
27 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2013: [Brazil]:I really am enjoying the game on this map, but I think it becomes quite unbalanced after some quitting players. Would you guys like to play another world game after this one ended, we could open a threat for interested players or ask some people you encountered in game and ask them whether they would like to play a world to the end, by this we could make sure that there are no massive drop outs. Thoughts?
PS: Pardon me spelling mistakes, have written this text on the phone
28 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2013: [Pacific-Russia]:TBH I think now that calling it quits here would be the right thing to do. Both NE and FA shold know by now that any attempt to DUo or SOlo the match will result in emphatic attack from everyone else.
28 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2013: [Near-East]:Brazil, yeah I am definitely up for this. It seems to be the same group of players active at the moment, I've seen a lot of the same names joining quite a few of the same games recently so it should be quite easy.

PR, I agree, it's been fun, and it was nice to play a few turns and gain a little experience, but the minute I started marching into Africa I knew you'd all gang up on me! Let's draw and all get a few points out of the CDs.
28 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2013: [Near-East]:gameID=123598 I joined thsi one a day or so ago, still needs a few
28 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2013: [Pacific-Russia]:Yep everyone makes a profit and GG
28 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2013: [Near-East]:Over to FA then lol if he don't agree a draw all the heat's off me ahahahaaa
28 Jul 13 UTC [Brazil]:Draw is fine to me, was a good game
