Autumn, 2005: [India]:I retreated yet
Autumn, 2005: [China]:You retreat result should be shown after retreat phase completed.
Autumn, 2005: [India]:I know it, but also considering the retreating units I've not 9 units but 7!
Autumn, 2005: [China]:Let's see: You have Afghanistan, Pakistan, (Bombay), (Indonesia), Shanghai, (Beijing), Guangzhou, Vietnam, Chinese South Sea. (From http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=117218&viewArchive=Orders#index7) When I count, these are 9 troops, not 7. |
|
Autumn, 2005: [Europe]:viva la spain
Autumn, 2005: [China]:Just awake, friend?
Autumn, 2005: [Argentina]:Build phase comes after retreat phase. Also you won't be able to build if there are units on your three home SCs
Spring, 2006: [Russia]:Anyone want to stop Kenya from Soloing?
Spring, 2006: [Kenya]:Hmmmmm Spoken like someone who wants to take my place. This game has a long time to go.
Spring, 2006: [Russia]:You've got the lead and easier expansion than anyone else IMO
Spring, 2006: [Russia]:And I've seen you solo from Africa before
Spring, 2006: [Kenya]:Li'l Ol' me? And you are doing so well yourself.
Spring, 2006: [Russia]:True. I've never soloed a World map before though. I've seen you do it.
Spring, 2007: [China]:I guess the world will be divided into only 4-5 big players.
Autumn, 2010: [Russia]:I apologize for missing so many phases... My parents have been arguing a lot lately and my father almost left last night so I haven't been in the mood for dip lately. Sorry
Autumn, 2010: [Kenya]:Sorry real life intruded. Hope they can work things out. NEVER easy seeing this.
Autumn, 2010: [USA]:Sorry to hear that, Russia.
Autumn, 2010: [India]:sorry to hear that also for me
Autumn, 2010: [Argentina]:fingers crossed, Russia.
Autumn, 2010: [China]:May you can get another chance in another game, Rus.
Spring, 2011: [India]:respect the Russian player situation and stop the game, please!!! vote DRAW!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
|
Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:that would be up to kenya....this is his solo win...if he wants to share it, that should be up to him....i am up for the draw
Spring, 2011: [India]:so, vote draw in the list, please
Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:i will do it only after kenya....i understand why you want a draw, because you are losing!
Spring, 2011: [China]:Hahaha, India is worried to be wiped out from the map.
Spring, 2011: [India]:only monstruos people enjoy for the situation of Russian player described in his message: perhaps some of them are here, Xildur? I can only hope to you to live the same situation in the real life if you prefer to write these things instead of having the same respect that gordonpup proved to have....
Spring, 2011: [China]:Well, I do not enjoy Russian suffering as what you stated here, sinax. But if you want to be fair, the game are supposed to be cancelled, not only drawn. However, seeing your position and your desperate attempts to ask for drawn, how about resign and let the rest of players reach Draw? It is fair to say that you are not in position to make any real suggestion. After all, if Russia was active, you will be fell much faster than now. Why are you trying to cheat some wDp from others? |
|
Spring, 2011: [China]:The one that mostrous is no other than you, Sinax. Using Russia for achieving some points for yourself. Are you desperate for some wDp so you write here begging to get a Draw? Even insulting me as all of your messages so far. |
|
Spring, 2011: [Kenya]:Let's see. If we vote draw, we split the pot. India has 3 Sc's, and wants the same points as the others of us. And, if we draw, Russia gets zero as he has been removed from the game for not playing. THESE are rules. Real life intrudes, and will in other games. I am not going to give up my work in this game to benefit India when it will not help Russia! |
|
Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:i dont blame you kenya, thats why i did not vote the draw....you deserve the win
Spring, 2011: [India]:China, among his insulting words, wrote: "if you want to be fair, the game are supposed to be cancelled, not only drawn." ok, I voted CANCEL as China said.... but surely the very "good" Xildur will not do the same because one thing is speaking, other thing is doing for double standard people.... thinking that I tgry to gain on Russia problem is more horrible than refusing to respect Russian player problem but I'm not astonihed of this attitude in the game...gaming is not from another planet than the same where horrible things happen in the real life.... and now I'll wait the order "cancel" by China, as China said... |
|
Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:cancel is not an option....that means everyone gets their original bet back....i havent played this game this long for nothing....you wont get a cancel from me
Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:do not get me wrong, i feel bad for russia's situation, but he should have said something a long time ago, instead of just not moving
Spring, 2011: [India]:it was the proposal of China, not my proposal...I simply accepted to show that China make proposals without doing what he's saying... in any case, Russia will not play more and for very hard reason;: it is not correct to continue to play without him (expecially who will fight for his points directly...) and I think bet are less important than respect, but perhaps I'm wrong..... it's easy to speak when a player has been yet destroyed (China) and insulting me inventing that I'm trying to use the Russian player pronlem to avoid his own destiny...it's very easy....but is also very dirty and perhaps I could inform the administrator of this false and dirty accusation....if I go down to his same level... I asked only respect for Russia player but perhaps in the wrong game...ot's my mistake, I apologize for this |
|
Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:oh, crap.....i am not drawing or cancelling this game....its only points....YOU are a sore loser!
Spring, 2011: [India]:I prefer to loose games or points than dignity and human passions...
Spring, 2011: [India]:but I apologize again, really for my mistake: now I know where I am
Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:like i said, he should have said something earlier, not 7 or 8 turns after....and HE should be the one asking for this, not you
Spring, 2011: [India]:I apologize again, really for my mistake: now I know where I am
Spring, 2011: [Kenya]:We are playing a game. Real life certainly intrudes when it is over this long period of time. To say you are supporting Russia is really a nice thing to say. To say you want a draw to help him, when it is too late for a draw to help him, is to show your ignorance of this game. I think we could have paused the game for him if he had come forward. But, in his circumstances, that was difficult for him to do. This is not the first game that I have missed a turn in. I have lost games due to family circumstances in the past, and took it as part of the game. Russia and I have history together, and I will enjoy playing another game with him when things get straigtened out in his home life. Until then, I am playing a game for fun, and will welcome others who play for fun. To be criticized for not backing Russia is unkind and rude of you, India. If this was a real life issue where I could help him, I would. As this is a game, I will play it through to the end. |
|
Spring, 2011: [China]:India, you know as well as the rest of player here that a defeated player could not vote. I couldn't vote Cancel anymore or even retract my Draw vote. Don't blame me to be not unable voting anything. I whole hearty agree with what Kenya said. Just play this game until the end. |
|
Spring, 2011: [India]:I apologize again, really for my mistake: now I know where I am
Autumn, 2011: [Russia]:I'm sorry for missing so many phases. I can only see part of the chat box but I want to apologize for causing an arguement. You don't have to draw for me. If you would like to go ahead. If not I can understand... I lost the points because of no fault of yours and you deserve them for staying in the game.
Autumn, 2012: [India]:now that Near East has been banned it's clear how "fair" was this game....
Autumn, 2012: [India]:now I know more and more where I was......
Spring, 2013: [Kenya]:India, where you are is in an internet game, with all it's advantages, and disadvantages. Your whining is truly getting old. Accept what it is here, and make the most of it, or find another way to spend your time.
Spring, 2013: [India]:Internet game, financial matket, commerce, credit, food offer, etc....all are tields were honest people meet thief and bad people; Internet game is not different from other aspect of the real life and the tens of banned people show it if you think different you should not invite me to "find another way to spend your time.", simply you've not understood that the Internet games belong to this Planet, with all the consecuences but I don't accept bad people neither in games nor in the other aspects of the life; ofc you're free to accept them.... my only mistake was to think that in this game people are better than in any real life place, like in other Diplomacy games are; I reapeat, now I know where I was and I'm happy that other games of webdiplomacy are better than this |
|
Spring, 2013: [Kenya]:Board games where are all players are present is great. Try getting 17 people together for a board game that will take 8 + hours to play! It ain't easy. This is imperfect, but it beats solitaire.
Spring, 2013: [India]:I spoke of other games in this same webdiplomacy.net that have not banned people, insulting people, childish people... like in the real life: you can have a bus, a pub, an office, a club, a classroom, a team, etc. with or without this kinds of people....when they are in, they simply pollute the place...and my error was to think that in this specidic game they were out.... |
|
Autumn, 2014: [China]:Whoa, three Kingdoms. I wonder who will be the First in the end. :D |
