19 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:FLASH---World Health Alert---FLASH
The W.H.O. (World Health Organization) reports that a sample of the megalomania flu was stolen from their New York offices. The WHO says there is little risk as the terrorists responsible where captured before they could get off UN grounds. Although the sample was not found on them the WHO states that it will soon be recovered, as they have quarantined the building and are doing a room by room search. Only people of the highest diplomatic stature will be permitted to exit until the sample is found.
Dragged from the grounds by the police and UN officials Madd Maxx, the terrorist leader was heard gibbering "I got them, hahahaha, I got them alllllllllllll, hahahahahaha."

Megalomania flu is not life threatening, instead it has dire affects upon the brain, making all afflicted believe they know best, about everything. A conviction so strongly held that they inevitably come to the conclusion that they should rule the world. Most victims are identified, captured, and treated when they start to implement their plans for world domination, hugely surprised when their genius is not recognized and their orders not obeyed. Fortunately those infected are so off the wall none take them seriously when they command invade this or assault that.
