The army at Sevastopol move to Rumania
22 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1904: Spring, 1901: Russia, can we split Scandinavia and leave it at that?
31 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Italy, how does a DMZ in Piedmont sound?
31 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Germany would have a long and prosperous peace with Russia, if Russia finds that agreeable. The matter of Scandinavia should prove rather easy to negotiate.
31 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: France and Germany I accept your proposals. As for Scandinavia, how about I get Sweden, Germany takes Denmark, and England can have Norway, but after we each get a slice of the pie it becomes a DMZ. In closing, Austria would you mind if I move into Rumania? I would leave the rest of that area to you of course.
31 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Austria and Italy, what do you think of a DMZ in the Prussia- Tyrolia belt?
31 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: ... and should we pause for to give our still-absent friends a chance?
31 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Germany, I love the sound of the DMZ, shall we share France? Paris & Brest for you?
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Turkey, may I take Greece and Serbia this year?
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Italy, I agree that you will take Serbia and Greece this year, assuming that means you take Greece and move with support on Venice. Seriously, giving my blessing to your cover story does me no good, and you don't have Tyrolia and Trieste lined up for nothing. I'm moving to Serbia.
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: (He's not actually moving to Serbia.)
22 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1904: Autumn, 1901: Seriously though, I am moving to Serbia, so Austria, at best you can bounce me there, which means you pretty much have to fight Italy in this configuration. (Hint: Munich)
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Moving to Serbia pretty much forces Austria to fight to the North or West, which is why I'm doing it. And Austria needs to know I'm doing it. And Austria gets nothing by bouncing me, and I get no more than the one SC I'd get anyway, so I'm no *larger* threat to Austria. So, Austria, unless you're a fan of losing momentum, Venice or Munich await you. I'm driving toward Serbia.
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Turkey, my plans depend on what EVERYONE else has to say to me.
Will people please start talking to me?
England, I guess we're fighting
Italy, same.
Germany, are you going after me or Belgium? Do you want to help me fight England?
Austria, care to help me deal with Italy?
Russia... got nothing
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: With his move into Ruhr, it's safe to say that Germany has his eyes on Belgium this next season. For him to move to Burgundy would just be dumb because you'd build an army in Paris and Marseilles and he'd be thwarted.
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Either that or he's going to try to cover Munich. So basically, you have Belgium. Unless He tries to bounce you from Holland, or England tries to take it.
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Germany will *certainly* try to bounce you in Belgium from Holland. He gets an SC either way and perhaps denies you one. And if France and Germany bounce in Belgium, then England bounces off of Holland. Germany rules the low countries unless France and England cooperate.
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Says the Turkish man trying to have me take Munich... ;]
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: RUSSIA: You'll forgive my moves, in the absence of secret negotiation Turkey ends up underfoot in a false juggernaut. How about a TRUE Russia/Turkey juggernaut alliance? The usual problem with it is everyone else allies against it, but after season 1 here everyone else is tripping over each other. You get Rumania, let's bounce in Black Sea, and I'll deny Austria the advancement it seeks. Are you in? (Needless to say Armenia will be going to Smyrna, to defuse the threat, and cover my ass)
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: To the Austrian man who went to Tyrolia in turn 1, earning the everlasting ENMITY of Italy and Germany who *both* have to back themselves up now. Russia/Turkey on the other horizon man, your pants are down.
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: RUSSIA please confirm! Thanks.
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Hey, I like to try new things. I'd never moved this way as Austria before.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Holy wall of text! Germany, I'd like to work with you against France. I'm not bouncing Belgium or Holland.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Turkey, you attempt to pour poison in our ears does not go unnoticed. Austria, russia, if you wish to join forces to expell the Turks, I am open to it.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Don't shoot the messenger Italy. Look at Venice. Man, I'm always the messenger taking the hit in this game. I'm actually on your side Italy. Austria is after you.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Alrighty, Italy. I would be glad to move away from your country to pursue the venemous Turks.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Russia, help a dude out here man.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Look at what France is doing.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: This is why I don't talk a lot... it usually backfires because you come off as manipulative even if that isn't your intention.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Russia, England: Gentlemen, let the situation in the nordic countries during the coming year be a guarantee of our good will.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: France, we covet Belgium but wish you no ill will. I think there are neutral territories enough awaiting your flag to the southwest - as many as any of us can boast. I hope you'll see reason in that and negotiate with us anew come spring.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Germany, very well. I will support your claims to Belgium, but I will oppose any English claims given that England has made his opinion on France quite clear.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: So I haven't been here all day and that is a whole lot of text. I have no issue with Germany, England, Italy, or France for the time being. As for Austria vs. Turkey you will figure that out on the next move.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Russia: I have called off my units from your borders, and bounced Austria at Greece. Austria suffers and you are on it's doorstep. Russia/Turkey juggernaut alliance? Our foes are in disarray. Look at Holland and Spain and Greece!
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: My black sea fleet will leave via Constantinople ASAP.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Italy, England, France. I am content to hold my lines as long as possible to give you tine if you will settle your differences and ally against this Juggernaut.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: If Germany would also help me with forming a wall, we may be able to thwart this Juggernaut.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: I will not fight Italy or Germany unless attacked, however England has attacked me, and I need somewhere to go.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Also, is there some reason why games with public chat only seem to have more juggernauts than regular games?
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: France perhaps you could be kind and join me and Turkey as it would give you an advantage over your England problem? And Turkey thank you for pulling your units back, keep pressing on Austria and we will soon see success.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: The enemy of my enemy is my friend?

Sure, we can co-operate against England.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Glad to hear.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Germany can only hope all parties will despite new spites honour the standing agreement concerning Denmark &c. England and France surely can recover peace in the channel, and Russia wanting no quarrel with us would not we hope wage war at our borders. As for Austria, your first movements of the century are hardly forgot, but we hold no grudge, only a certain wariness; and France, your friendly conduct is well remembered. Let us further discuss come Autumn. Germany strongly hopes for peace.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Huh?
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Basically, Germany wants to be friends with everyone.
Germany, it seems Russia and France are loosely allied against me. Will you come to my aid if this proves the case in the Spring? If either of them gains significantly from my defeat, you will be in their sights immediately thereafter. It is to our advantage to keep each other alive and keep Russia or France from growing strong. I fear that if one of us falls, the other inevitably will follow.
1 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1901: Russia, I have not given up on Scandinavian peace, but you seem to have betrayed your actual intentions. What say you?
1 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: I say Germany should help me hold Russia back and help England deal with France. Italy should hopefully forgive my opening moves, take note of my clear intentions, and help me with Turkey.
1 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: Germany, I have no desire to fight you, as my willingness to let you take Belgium should indicate. However, there is truth in me and Russia being allied against England, but that is because he attacked me first, and Russia had plans to fight him as well.
1 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: Italy, if you could move to Tyrolia and support my holds in Vienna, it will buy you some time against the Juggernaut. I'm aware you could stab me, but I hope that you understand that doing so would guarantee your downfall, for I would be easily swept by the East, and you're the logical next step for Turkey.
1 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: There are a lot of politics going on here. Let it be known that Russia is allied with France and Turkey whilst at war with Austria and England. I have no quarrel with Italy or Germany even though my units are close to Germany I have no intention of attacking first. As for Italy, nothing bad has happened between us so I hope to keep the neutrality stable.
1 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: Italy you should not fret however as Austria can be blocked in by you while Turkey and I wipe them out. I am sure that France can agree to not stab you in the back if you choose to assist us.
1 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: Italy and Germany, I highly doubt they'll be looking for a five-way draw....
2 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: I can assure you Austria is right. I havve no plans for a five way draw.
Also, Italy, I have no plans to fight you now unless you attack me first.
2 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: Germany has said they wanted peace, yet I see no draw vote from them. I'm putting up my draw now, as a concrete step toward a peaceful solution.
2 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: Germany, I urge you to ally yourself with me, if only in defense. If I am conquered, you soon will be too!
2 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: A seven person draw?
2 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: It won't help the neutral territories we conquered, but if we could get a 7-way draw, with even numbers of SC's, and declare peace, that would be a game that would live forever in legend.
2 Aug 2012 Spring, 1902: Lol. That would be pretty sweet.
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: If you say so. I don't see no draw vote from you, warmongeringering Austria.
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: There! Geez, man.
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: I seek a generally peaceful solution as well and shall put forward my draw vote as well.
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: what are you lot smoking?
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: I wish to see this become a legandary game. I will also support Total European Peace.
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Even if Italy won't support this, a six person draw would still be legendary. How hard culd it really be to wipe out one country? Italy, if you change your mind,
Germany, support our draw.
England, we can make peace, right?
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Peace it is then. I think we may all have to go to Switzerland to celebrate with a bottle of champagne. (And to think that this is called "A Normal Game-2"!)
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: if you all really believed it peace, then you will leave me be :)
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: how long can we go with this massive peace alliance?
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Very smoothly spoken indeed, Italy. But why would you not Draw if you had no intention of war?
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Italy, if you attack anyone, I think it's safe to say we will fight back.
At least, I will.
And a six person draw would still be very impressive...
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Lol.
I'm going to keep creating the A Normal Game series. Same configuration. Looks like this one is going to end well before the original... http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=93451
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Let's hope Russia doesn't get greedy now.
Are we going to force a draw from Italy or what?
2 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: I say we force a draw from him.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: My peacekeepers are en route in the Mediterranean. Hopefully he will know peace and draw. Russia, I can see why you'd want to bounce me in Black Sea, but I ain't there. Please don't stab, I'm on my way to persuade Italy.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Italy, listen to reasons. Draw.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: France also will not stand to a rouge power who refuses to recognize the peace. (I will attack Italy until you agree to draw)
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Turkey, don't be fooled by this plot. The sooner you move towards me the sooner Russia and Austria will crush you. Have it your way. Russia and Austria, you have my support. I will not interfere with you claim.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Why can't you just agree to a draw?
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Italy, what you're missing here is that you can hold Russia to it this very instant. Please look, everyone else's draw vote is up there. It truly is in your hands. France and I are going for broke after you, so you're finished otherwise. (Incidentally so are France and I, but most certainly you too.) This is the best deal we, and you, get. You can do this right now.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: The draw takes effect the moment you vote Italy, then it's done. If you don't and others back out, you'll be among the first in the discard pile.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: One click from you and it is concluded, more favorably for you than any other way.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Italy, the power is in your hands, truly.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: With you, we can each rule our one little parts of the world, in peace.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: And what of England's warmongering? And Russia? The powers of the world are very irregular in their wish for peace.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: If Italy draws, it doesn't matter now, does it?
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Isn't Russia the rouge power?
... get it?
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: I didn't mean to monger, Germany. I'm sorry!
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Fight all you want, but please keep your draw votes on. Italy must be made to understand, there shall be peace. Italy is the only obstacle. Italy, vote "draw" now, which will end the game such that no one loses. If it comes to total war you will be among the first victims.
3 Aug 2012 Autumn, 1902: Russia refuses to destroy anyone who wants peace. If you attack me however, I can only say you shall be forcibly removed from my lands.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Germany trusts the English no more with control of the North Sea. We plead that Russia make way in Norway and honour the Denmark-Scandinavia treatise of 1900/1 which granted it to England, and that the English move their North Sea fleet there. Let the powers of Northern Europe restore their trust unto one another.
(Our trust to the English as to the Northern sea will have to be earned.)
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: England, shall I meet you in Paris for cheese and cross aunt?
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Turkey, your actions are foolish, I trust austia and Russia will swiftly dispose of you and your mindless banter.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Italy, say hello to fleet, intervening in your home supply center called Naples. You can end the madness by voting draw, that will end the game.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: England, France, can you state your goals and coordinate so we can get some more peacekeeping fleets down here to sort Italy out?
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Our half-hearted yet sincere sympathies go out to Italy, who seem to have abandoned their homeland to the first taker and, that being the Turks, and blame them for it. An ill-advised and a destructive choice.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Germany, I agree to your terms, but I am skeptical about the Russian's cooperation.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: France, can we coordinate our movements eastward?
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Italy, say hello to army, intervening on your home supply center of Venice. You can end the madness by voting to draw, as that will end the game.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Russia, I also wish peace. It is my primary goal to survive as I am. Secondarily, I would disband the rebellious Italian forces with aid from the Turks. I have no qualms with you. If you wouldn't mind removing your forces from Galicia, it would be taken as a great sign of respect and peace.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: England, would you mind supporting Portugal to the South Coast of Spain? I will support you moving into the Western Mediteranean next turn.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: And England, I'll support you to Tunis when I can.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Turkey, take Naples.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: I shall remove myself from both Norway and Galicia.
3 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Turkey will indeed have Naples immediately, yes.
4 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Germany is content with the promised state of affairs north of Switzerland, and hopes things will smoothly move into their promised situation come Autumn.
4 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: We are surprised with the animosity between England and France. The former have shown their goodwil in the North but seem powerfully drawn to a warlike attitude that inspires little trust and less friendship. What is it going to be, England?
4 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Austria, would you mind supporting me from Naples to Rome next turn? That'll hasten Italy's demise as it's easier for me to support a subsequent fleet into Naples afterward.
4 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Fleet at Naples request support to move to Rome.
4 Aug 2012 Spring, 1903: Actually, Austria, never mind that request. I would not be in a great position there if Italy moved a fleet back. Sorry about the brain churn!
4 Aug 2012 England, why were you trying to move to Portugal?
4 Aug 2012 England, shall I support you I to Spain?
4 Aug 2012 Peace at last.
5 Aug 2012 This is wonderful. EoG?
7 Aug 2012 This game was hilarious. You all ready for another?

EoG?

EoG?

22 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1904: Spring, 1901: England, how does a DMZ in the English Channel sound?
30 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Also, would you be interested in an alliance?
30 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Anybody seeking long term peace?
30 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Anybody seeking long term peace?
30 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: I'll take some of that from you, Russia.
30 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Gladly Austria. Any other takers?
30 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: I'd like peace with you too.
30 Jul 2012 Spring, 1901: Russia, can we split Scandinavia and leave it at that?
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: (England... dude...)
31 Jul 2012 Autumn, 1901: Also, wow, France can't catch a break there. France, what are your plans? England, what are your plans? Germany, reveal your plans. Russia, what are your plans, reveal them. Austria: reveal. Italy, never mind.
