25 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: I have recieved several messages suggesting people wish to draw this game. I feel that the spirit of the game is to play until there is one winner and only draw when it is impossible to determine such, ie when permanent stalemate lines are reached. However, if this is the opinion of every other player but me, I will comply and accept a draw.
25 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: I have sent no such message, nor do I want to draw now.
25 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Applies only to the ones it applies to :) If we are two or more people who wish to continue, I will not wote draw.
04 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1907: can someone please explain to me why it wont let my fleet in st petersburg retreat to Norway as is clearly vacant and the atack did not come from there??
05 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Because Norway was left vacant because of a bounce
05 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: ahhh i placed my orders to cover the moveset you guys chose and figured i could slip into Norway as my retreat. Nevermind live and learn :)
05 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: I am on fieldmanouver from now until thursday afternoon. Can we please pause the game until then?
05 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: i would rather process this turn first Thomas
05 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Thats ok. I have my orders placed for this round
05 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Fine for me, do this round and then pause till thursday
05 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: For me it's ok too.
05 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Are you doing your retreats as well before the pause thomas or do we pause now?
07 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: unpause now?
07 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Im back. Much obliged you paused :)
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: ok how do we unpause as when i click on it it does nothing>??
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Yes we have to click unpause. If this persist is the second game that I have in this conditions...
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Perhaps we should ask the mods to help us?
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Perhaps we should ask the mods to help us?
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Try submitting your orders thomas :)
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Okay
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Weird. Has everybody pressed unpause? I did but as mentioned over nothing happened...
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: I have posted a request for help on the forum. I'm sure it can be resolved.

08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: The mods have to restart the game for us. I have sent a mail.
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: what do you mean restart mate?? from the start or where we are??
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: From where we are. Apologies, clumsy grammar, english is my second language.
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: :)
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: From where we are. Apologies, clumsy grammar, english is my second language.
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: lmao all good mate. do you know when or is it a case of when the mods can get to it??
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Had another game paused due to an issue with order of automatic disbands, took a while. So it's probs just when a mod gets to it :)
08 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: cool matey i will keep checking in. :)
09 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1908: (goldfinger0303): Okay, game is unpaused. Enjoy everyone.
09 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1908: thanks goldfinger :)
19 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1912: All my units are on perpetual hold, no support or moves, from now until the game is over. Diplomacy is supposed to be a free for all, it really isn't much of an achievement to beat a player 24 to 9 units. I don't have a snowballs chance in hell. I won't leave the game, but I can refuse to spend any more energy on this ridicoulus game. No respect from me.
19 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1912: The achievement lies in getting to 24-9 units. This is the final stroll to achieve a goal. And there could still be twists and turns, though I find them unlikely in this game. You fought bravely and did well, respect from me.
19 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1912: I appreciate that you may be frustrated with us both Thomas. However i offered you the 3 way a long time ago and you decided to jump on the boat with Germany. It has been a great fight but the bottom line is that when i was at my most needy and on the ropes Turkey has stuck by throughout and i am not about to turn on him now.
19 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1912: Your loyalty to eachother is admirable, I grant you that. Perhaps I'm just an oldfashioned player. I truly believe that playing with a draw as the goal is not how the game is supposed to be played.
19 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1912: Perhaps but i am always more in favour of a good draw with a solid ally than a last minute stab i dont think i am really ruthless enough for this game but i prefer to make and maintain good relations than go for a cheap win in the ashes of a game.
20 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1913: Thanks for the game all. Particular thanks to France and Germany for making it a great fight. :)
20 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1913: agree, it was a fun and challenging game, and a gritty struggle victory tastes the sweeter
20 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1913: Yes, it was a great fight! But the Juggernaut is unstoppable ;)
20 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1913: It was the first time i ever played with Raymond so at any point he could have pulled the rug from me or me him so it was an achievement
21 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1913: yes. as long as you ignore it Germany. I told you. Hope you remember it to the next time you are outside the juggernaut. First time I have seen it go threw.
